uhhh.ai sells one paid product: a Pro subscription. This page explains when and how we issue refunds.
14-day full money-back on your first charge
If uhhh.ai Pro isn't for you within 14 days of your first charge, email support@uhhh.aiwith your order ID and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
Pro-rated refunds after the first 14 days
If you're mid-cycle and decide Pro isn't for you — for any reason, including a change in how the product works — email support@uhhh.aiand we'll pro-rate a refund for the unused portion of your current billing period. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
How to request a refund
Email support@uhhh.ai with:
- Your order ID (from the receipt Paddle emailed you)
- The email address you used to purchase
- Optionally — what didn't work for you, so we can fix it
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation vs. refund
- Cancel= stop being charged in the future. Self-serve via the customer portal linked from the desktop app's settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Refund= return money you've already paid. Full refund within the first 14 days; pro-rated refund of the unused period after that.
Account deletion
If you delete your account from inside the desktop app (Settings → Account), we'll automatically cancel your Paddle subscription server-side before deleting your user record. We do not automatically refund on account deletion — if you want a refund alongside deletion, email us first.
Merchant of record
Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record for all uhhh.ai purchases. Charges and refunds appear on your statement as Paddle*Uhhh.ai (exact wording varies by issuer). Disputed charges should be raised with us first at support@uhhh.ai before contacting your bank — we'll typically resolve faster than a chargeback dispute.
